The comeback was sparked by Daeja Quick, who put together an impressive 8-point run late in the first quarter to give VITESSE their first lead at 16-11. Quick continued her stellar performance throughout the game, finishing with a game-high 27 points on efficient 8-17 shooting from the field and an outstanding 10-11 from the free throw line. Genesis Parker provided excellent support with 20 points, including a perfect 1-1 from three-point range and 7-9 from the free throw line.
After taking a 43-34 lead into halftime, VITESSE broke the game open in the third quarter behind the dynamic duo of Quick and Parker.
