Due to circumstances on the part of the Greensboro Kaos, we unfortunately will not be competing at home this Sunday, August 3. We were fully prepared to host and face the Kaos once again, but unfortunately, they were not ready to meet us on the court. Greensboro has officially forfeited the matchup, and the forfeit has been approved by the WABA.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and have issued refunds to all who purchased tickets for this game. This was out of our control and not our decision.

In addition, our scheduled road game against the DC Cyclones on August 9 has also been awarded a forfeit — bringing our current season record to 4-1.

Sometimes in sports, things don’t go as planned, but we roll with the punches and stay focused on our mission.

We’ll miss seeing our incredible fans this weekend, but we can’t wait to be back in action on Sunday, August 10 at 4 PM as we take on the Lady Wolves right here at Virginia Academy.
